Class Schedule

Click on class for more info. VERY IMPORTANT: You must pre-register for 11:30am class and 3:30pm Open Gym 3 hours in advance to ensure staff is on site. If no one is registered staff may be called off. This can be done by clicking on the class or using the Zen Planner App.

ROM WOD is not led by an in person instructor. It is an online program and is first come first serve. This can only be used for one online session of 20-30 minutes.

Lifting class is pre-booked in 4 week cycles. Email for more information.
