A truly one of a kind class. We take the elements that make CrossFit the best way to get in shape and condense them down to a low complexity, high intensity workout. We take out all of the barbells and drill body weight and light weight movements to get you the best work out in 30 minutes that is available on the market today.
This is also the perfect way to get a quick workout in if you have a busy schedule and can’t make an hour long class. In these 30 minute workouts we will run you through a quick warm-up, a demo of the movements, a 15-20 minute cardio piece and a 5 minute cool down. For the person that wants to get better at the clean and jerk and the snatch. It is a slightly more advanced course and it is recommended that you have some basic knowledge of the lifts.
