We have a gym subscription to ROM WOD. ROM WOD is a virtual stretching class that is available to anyone with a membership. It is a fantastic yoga style stretch that targets certain areas of your choice. The great part is that because it is virtual there are no set times that you have to come in for the class. You can do a 20 minute session before a workout to loosen up or after as a cool down. Some even come in on a rest day to work out the kinks from a long week.
